Grading Policy for PHIL 106
Introduction to Logic

Grading will be based entirely on the work you complete in the course, including

active participation in your HomeGroup's work

completion of homework exercises inside iLrn

completion of the 47 assigned Tarski's World exercises

completion of group homework exercises

completion of Study Questions for the "About Logic" readings

active participation in class discussions of the "About Logic" readings

scores on quizzes and exams

More specifically

Approximately 50% of your grade will be determined by scores on quizzes and exams.

Approximately 30% of your grade will be determined by completion of homewk exercises -- iLrn exercises, Tarski's World exercises, Study Questions, Group assignments, etc.

Approximately 20% of your grade will be determined by the degree and quality of participation in the work of your HomeGroup, class discussion of the readings, etc.
